By Carmen Revert:
“On 10th & 11th March, 6th Primary and 1st ESO celebrated St. Patrick’s Day, an important and typical celebration in Ireland. The students were divided into groups and we investigated about the Irish culture.
We made expositions and explained our projects to the children of 2nd and 5th graders.
They learned a lot about Irish traditions, customs, music, some Gaelic words (maidin mhaith-good morning; hello-dia dhuit, etc) and Irish dance steps.
Finally, we ended up our celebration by eating desserts made especially for the occasion. We had a wonderful time!”
